State and Commons aims to reflect, disseminate and generate knowledge regarding the social reality derived from public policies, the administration of the State and the Government, supported by a scientific, plural, specialized and international perspective. The journal's mission is to disseminate reflective and critical knowledge of research through criteria of academic quality, ethics in production and dissemination, and the effectiveness and timeliness of editorial processes.
