Journal San Gregorio provides immediate open access to its content, based on the principle of offering the public free access to research, which helps a greater global exchange of knowledge. To do this, the journal is governed by the principles of transparency and good practices issued by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ), the Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association (OASPA) and the World Association of Medical Editors.
