The journal Estudios de la Gestión provides immediate open access to its content, based on the principle that offering free access to research helps facilitate a greater global exchange of knowledge.

The journal Estudios de la Gestión adheres to the Open Access model in which the content of scientific publications is available in full text, free of charge on the internet, without any temporary embargoes, and the editorial production costs are not passed on to the authors. This policy aims to break the economic barriers that create inequities both in access to information and in the publication of research results.

The journal Estudios de la Gestión does not charge its authors any fees for article submission or processing (Article Processing Charge-APC). All content is available free of charge. Users can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without requesting prior permission from the publisher or author. This definition of open access is in accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).
