The archaeological zone of Huaycán de Pariachi in the ATE district was declared a National Cultural Heritage Monument. To date, little is known about the development of this zone from a tourist point of view, which is why this study aims to understand the impact of cultural heritage management on tourist development in the area. The research is descriptive, with a non-experimental transversal design, with a simple random non-probabilistic sampling, the sample being represented by 132 persons, to whom qualitative and quantitative techniques were applied. The qualitative technique used was the semi-structured in-depth interview and the quantitative technique was the survey, both instruments were validated in content under expert judgment, and the questionnaire was applied the reliability of Cronbach's alpha, by means of the statistical program SPSS V23. The result was a low level of impact on the management of cultural heritage in the tourist development of the archaeological zone of Huaycán de Pariachi. In addition to a low level of significance indicating that there is no relationship between the variables. Therefore, it is necessary to execute improvements in the management of cultural heritage for tourism development.
