DIVIANA, Guillen Pinargote Nancy y VICTORIA, Guillen Pinargote Angélica. The management of human talent and its relationship with creativity and innovation in organizations. RCUISRAEL [online]. 2024, vol.11, n.3, pp.107-123. ISSN 2631-2786. https://doi.org/10.35290/rcui.v11n3.2024.1294.
In an increasingly competitive and constantly evolving business environment, the management of human talent and the promotion of creativity and innovation have become crucial for organizational success. This study investigates the relationship between human talent management practices (PGT), the promotion of creativity and innovation (FC), and the influence of organizational culture (CO) in Ecuadorian organizations, also considering the influence of geographic region and employee age. A simple random sampling design was applied to a sample of 271 participants from various sectors and regions of Ecuador. The methodology of this study was based on a quantitative, descriptive-exploratory, cross-sectional design, using a specific questionnaire to collect data on PGT, FC, CO, and sociodemographic attributes. The results showed a significant correlation between FC and PGT, as well as variations according to geographic region and employee age. These findings highlight the importance of effective human talent management supported by a positive organizational culture to promote creativity and innovation in organizations within the Ecuadorian context.
