Art can connect us with the essence of the material world, as through its creative processes we can grasp a superconsciousness of the physical universe, harmonising us with cosmic life. In this endeavour, art itself is an effort of the mind and life in search of its own perfection and wholeness. In this article, we will analyse the psychological mechanisms that operate in both the artist and the viewer in their relationship with the energy hidden in physical nature, and how consciousness can be enhanced through creative processes, thanks to the knowledge provided by the material world. In this context, subjectivity plays an enormous role, as the work is developed intuitively, thereby becoming a process of transformation that leads to an encounter at a higher level.
