La plataforma Cloud permitirá la adquisición, almacenamiento y visualización de la información obtenida de los sistemas fotovoltaicos de alumbrado público. Asimismo, la plataforma realizará el control de la luminosidad de las lámparas LEDs, integradas en los sistemas de iluminación fotovoltaica, en función de las condiciones meteorológicas y de presencia de personas y vehículos en las vías públicas. En el estudio, se presenta un análisis comparativo de las diversas técnicas y experiencias existentes en la gestión y operación de diferentes sistemas de telegestión de alumbrado público, implementado en países industrializados. Además, se describen en detalle las funcionalidades de las innovadoras técnicas de control de los sistemas de iluminación. Finalmente, se mencionan los beneficios económicos y ambientales, asociados a la implementación de una plataforma de gestión, operación y control.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract: The proposed article describes the features of the design and implementation of a Cloud Computing platform, integrated into a geographic referencing system, GIS. The Cloud platform will allow the acquisition, storage and display of information obtained from photovoltaic street lighting systems. The platform also performs control the brightness of the LED lamps, integrated photovoltaic lighting systems, depending on weather conditions and the presence of people and vehicles on public roads. In the study, a comparative analysis of the various existing techniques and experiences in the management and operation of different systems of remote management of public lighting, implemented in industrialized countries is presented. Also, described in detail the features of the innovative techniques control lighting systems. Finally, they describe the economic and environmental benefits associated with the implementation of a management platform, operation and control.]]></p></abstract>
