A research team carried out a bibliographic review on the different theoretical and epidemio-logical foundations due to health problems related to high blood pressure that affects all geographical levels and the necessary implementation of actions that promote healthy lifes-tyles. This bibliographic review was linked to the realization of physical exercises with the promotion of health and the prevention of that disease.
