The Mexican educational system, as an emerging response to COVID-19, has moved towards a remote education model using Educational Technology, making it necessary to evaluate the access that teaching personnel have to the technological tools used. The present quantitative study aims to analyze said access in terms of gender equity, in order to conclude on its differentiated impacts; primordial particularity of this research. Through voluntary sampling and through a questionnaire used as an instrument for data collection, information was collected from 548 teachers, concluding through the student t test that the difference in means does not show a significant gender gap in the state of Nuevo León regarding what the literature indicates.
