Abstract

FARINANGO, Luis. Transmedia PBL applied to the Communication in organizations subject. Revista Andina de Educación [online]. 2021, vol.4, n.2, pp.21-27. ISSN 2631-2816.  https://doi.org/10.32719/26312816.2021.4.2.3.

The improvement of digital devices has caused various sectors to enter into tension and crisis. One of them is the higher education sector in the branch of communication in organizations. Reality demands the understanding and practice of more interactive communication, while in the classroom, we continue to talk about models that are far from reality. In this framework, the objective of this work is to analyze the effects of an education strategy that we have called ABP Transmedia. The study's methodology is mixed and is part of action research. The insertion of the story in the organizational communication subject energizes the class and develops skills such as collaborative work and problem-solving. However, limitations in production and participation are identified.

Keywords : Organizational Communication; Transmedia narrative; Project-based Learning; Digital platforms; Media convergence.
