Abstract

The research aims to analyze the university teacher's ethical leadership as a fundamental axis in forming the ethos of the future teaching professional in the context of the XXI century's Venezuelan society, supporting its conception and the university teacher's ethical leadership in that structuring. Methodologically, it is framed in a documentary investigation, supported by a theoretical-reflective and analytical study. Among the results, the fact that the formation of competent individuals with an individualistic vision still prevails in university institutions, it is necessary to promote a professional ethos based on social justice, which will allow a holistic formative orientation.
