RIAL COSTA, Manuel; RIAL COSTA, Sandra  and  SANCHEZ OROPEZA, Gregorio. Analysis of dual training policies in work centers linked to the public administrations. RCUISRAEL [online]. 2023, vol.10, n.3, pp.149-170.  Epub Dec 10, 2023. ISSN 2631-2786.  https://doi.org/10.35290/rcui.v10n3.2023.790.

Public administrations annually receive internships that are derived from dual training: training in the educational center and internship in administration. Its demand has grown due to the demands of companies for trained personnel, motivating not only these, but also public administrations to become involved in the creation of training plans that bring students closer to the reality of work, colliding head-on with aspects that must be considered. in the design of the training action that, on the one hand, must be in accordance with the needs of the students and the requirements demanded by the administration that welcomes them during their training stage. The deficiencies observed in the tutors assigned to the students in practices are an initial handicap, in relation to the required training, supplying this lack with their professional experience.

Finally, the students themselves, who need to acquire a series of skills, which means that the training, far from being standardized, is individualized, adapting it to the requirements and needs of the students themselves. Taking all this into account, the article will analyze the training actions that in this sense have been carried out in public administrations over the last 30 years.
