This research starts from the problem presented by the District Educational Institution "Los Comuneros Oswaldo Guayasamín" in the city of Bogotá - Colombia, by not knowing the degree of relevance of the Administrative Assistance training program offered by the National Learning Service in its graduates in the last five years from 2016 to 2020, including active students in 2021. Its purpose is focused on evaluating the relevance of such program for access to higher education and the labor market of SDI graduates. With the support of a mixed methodology, a descriptive study and a value judgment component presented by the Scriven evaluation model based on the expectations, the level of satisfaction, the methodological strategies in the follow-up of active students and graduates in a timeline from 2016 to 2020 and 2021 (active students). With a population of 934 subjects and a voluntary sample of 140 subjects among students, teachers, coordinators and counselors of the tenth and eleventh grades of the Administrative Assistance program, including their parents or guardians. Two evaluation instruments were applied: a closed survey and a semi-structured interview, accompanied by a pedagogical intervention. The results show that, by using a value judgment evaluation model, without taking as a basis the objects of the program, but rather the results of the program aimed at the labor competencies in accordance with the SENA program, the articulation of the graduates and students is seen as positive from their expectations, level of satisfaction and methodological strategies for the improvement of the program in real time.
