Abstract
LULE-URIARTE, María Nilda; SERRANO-MESIA, Max Michael and MONTENEGRO-CRUZ, Nilson Yover. Educational management: a key factor in educational quality. RCUISRAEL [online]. 2023, vol.10, n.3, pp.57-71. Epub Dec 10, 2023. ISSN 2631-2786. https://doi.org/10.35290/rcui.v10n3.2023.893.
The objective of the research was to approach the understanding of educational management as a fundamental axis to achieve educational quality, so a documentary review type of research was applied, in which content analysis was used for the construction of knowledge; the documents reviewed were retrieved from the Scopus, Scielo and Google Scholar databases, and selected from a sampling based on criteria that allowed identifying a total of thirty (n= 30) articles to be reviewed, which were treated through handcrafted analysis techniques. The results of the review made it possible to identify three fundamental categories of analysis within the study: a) Educational management: key to providing quality service to the community, b) Educational management: essential element to provide timely attention to the needs of the population, and c) Educational management, amalgam between institutional leadership, teaching practice and learning. Among the conclusions reached, it is highlighted that the categories of analysis that emerged from the assumed horizon of understanding present a common characteristic and it is related to the need to carry out a transformation from the social conditions and the students' own context to guarantee the rational emancipation of all the educational actors, generating an education with quality, democratic and social justice.
