The research aims to know the satisfaction of university students based on the content of the study and academic conditions. The methodology of the present investigation was of a mixed approach with a non-experimental descriptive type of investigation. The population of this study were active university students and under a non-probabilistic sampling, 60 students belonging to the sixth semester of the basic education career of the State University of Bolívar were selected as a study sample. A questionnaire was applied aimed at evaluating the importance and satisfaction of university services from the student perspective of Zambrano et al. (2019). The main results show that the degree of satisfaction of the students in 100% was high. It is concluded that the evaluated population is satisfied with higher education, in addition, the educational environment, experience with teachers, resources and facilities are more significant aspects for students.
