Abstract

VILLARRUEL-FUENTES, Manuel  and  VILLARRUEL-LOPEZ, Elvira Monserrat. Test for scientific research: contributions for desing. RCUISRAEL [online]. 2017, vol.4, n.2, pp.7-16.  Epub Aug 05, 2017. ISSN 2631-2786.  https://doi.org/10.35290/rcui.v4n2.2017.54.

The scientific journey of the researcher within the social, human and behavioral sciences is bounded by the reference paradigm, which dictates the meaning and nature of the method to be used. In this regard, there are serious conceptual and methodological difficulties associated with the design of questionnaires or tests applied in the research, which determines a low validity and reliability of the results. Under this problematic context, a series of recommendations aimed at achieving higher levels of scientific rigor within the tests for research are presented, with the objective of contributing to the preparation of the novice researcher, as well as for those who venture into the empirical-analytical paradigm.

Keywords : Validity; reliability; research; instruments; measurement..
