Abstract

The chin tremor or geniospasm is an involuntary, rhythmic, autosomal dominant hereditary movement disorder, triggered by stress or emotional situations. Registered for the first time in 1894, in Italy. We report a 4-year-old girl with mental tremor from one year of age, with no previous inheritance, with a successful response to the use of Botulinum Toxin.
