DELGADO TOGRA, Danny Santiago; GONZALEZ VELASQUEZ, Aurora Margarita; ARTEAGA PONCE, Yessica Vanesa  and  HERRERA HERRERA, Laura de los Ángeles. Mediation and its influence on the post-COVID-19 work environment. Podium [online]. 2023, n.44, pp.53-66. ISSN 2588-0969.  https://doi.org/10.31095/podium.2023.44.4.

This research aimed to determine the relationship and influence of mediation on the school climate in an educational institution in Guayaquil through a descriptive-correlational study. Two questionnaires were applied: the first aimed at assessing the school climate (α = 0.952, Ω = 0.950) and the second on the use of mediation (α = 0.868, Ω = 0.863). 79.1% of teachers indicated that mediation greatly impacts the school climate. The inferential results demonstrated a positive, statistically significant correlation between mediation and school climate.

Keywords : Mediation; school climate; quantitative; descriptive-correlational research; Post COVID-19.
