This article aims to evaluate the level of concentration and structure of the Guatemalan drug market. For this purpose, the C4 concentration, Herfindahl-Hirschman, and Dominance indices are calculated, which are the most used in this type of study, in the pharmacy market and some products. The results reveal that it is a highly concentrated market, with a dominant firm and low rivalry among companies to compete on prices.
