ZAMBRANO ALVAREZ, Gema Pamela y ZAMBRANO MONTESDEOCA, Lady Diana. Job satisfaction and its relationship with the organizational climate of teaching staff. Podium [online]. 2022, n.42, pp.151-168. ISSN 2588-0969. https://doi.org/10.31095/podium.2022.42.9.
This research aims to determine the elements of job satisfaction with the highest incidence in the organizational climate of teaching staff. The study was carried out in five of the leading private educational units in the city of Calceta, Bolívar canton in the province of Manabí, with a total of 156 participants; to which an online structured questionnaire was applied based on the adaptation of the instruments of Ortega Santos (2016) and the Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire. The results indicate that the factors with the most significant influence on the organizational climate are those related to intrinsic job satisfaction, specifically the variables of purposes and objectives and support mechanisms. In addition, there is evidence of a statistically significant positive relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction.
