The purpose of this research was to analyze knowledge management according to Valhondo (2003), taking into account the considerations of the four processes of knowledge conversion of Nonaka and Takeuchi (1999) for the benefit of the human talent of the Ecuadorian microenterprise with Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Undoubtedly, the success of a micro-enterprise depends on human talent, the more qualified the greater the efficiency in profitability, productivity and competitiveness. The methodology used was qualitative in nature, followed the guidelines of documentary research under the hermeneutic method using text review for content analysis. The theoretical construct invites you to achieve the goals, objectives of the microenterprise and enhance the capacities of human talent by constantly giving and receiving knowledge and promoting a continuous process of innovation. It was concluded that knowledge management can be applied in micro-companies, it is not exclusive for large companies.
