Currently, tools based in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) represent an opportunity to execute activities. In the case of the elderly, the ease of access and use are a priority. This quantitative research, that has an explanatory scope with a cross sectional design, address the impact of accessibility and usability attributes in the older people´s satisfaction using a website, with the objective of identifying areas of improvement in its design. Such attributes were evaluated through nine criteria by applying questionnaires; and, for the analysis, it was used the statistical technique of multiple regression. As a result, one criteria of each attribute significantly impacts on the user satisfaction, revealing that all must be attended. The findings of this studio are useful to strength the website design, allowing the organization to provide an enhance service through technology.
