Abstract

As part of a political action that revolves around the concept of "open borders", this text is a product of the project "Ocean poetics / Southern voices and transatlantic dialogues. Global Platform for the Decolonialization of the Arts and Cosmopolitics ", which promoted the co-creation of a Community Platform and Futures (Platform of Futurities of the Community / CFP)". Interwoven in textual and performative plots, it addresses the work of intellectuals, arti (vi) stas decolonial and local communities, for alternative languages and action on coloniality, racism and "futurities", enabling the emergence and amplification of feminist voices from the South. This article will address the situated thought forms, transatlantic female thesis practices, the work of the Cuban artist Ana Mendieta, in Oaxaca, México and in La Havana, Cuba, to rethink the concepts of "open borders", territories of memory, located and decolonial feminist arte & aesthetics.
