Abstract

This study pretend to analyze the television programming dedicated to the elderly that is included in the list of Guayaquil’s channels. One of the central themes of this study is that there is no quality programming focused on the elderly into local’s channels, other point is the increase in this sector of the population in the world, in last years and the real need for attention to this emerging sector. For the development of this study is proposing a methodology of inclusive research in order to collect information from primary sources for which, were made surveys and focus groups.
