The article discusses Michael Walzer's Spheres of justice theory for the base of Latin American Pluralism and the decolonizing equation. Having continuous relation with the complex equality that has as its opposition principle to the tyrannical fundamentalism of the Western-Anglo-Saxon. The research is visualized in the qualitative-interpretative approach based on a documentary review at four moments: question, data grid, content development, and references. Therefore, the articulation between past and present, concerning the events produced by the colonizers and the colonized, constantly reconfigure the narratives of natural history.
