In the feasibility studies, the advantages and disadvantages of various alternatives and their economic, social, environmental and financial valuation are established to determine if it is possible to develop a work in a viable way. The target of this work is to make a feasibility analysis for determining the viability of construction of a social interest housing complex in San Antonio of the Lake neighborhood, in Riobamba, Chimborazo Province. To reach this target, an applied research was developped using deductive and inductive methods. The population who intervened in the study analysis were the heads of households in the mentioned neighborhood, and data were gathered through structured surveys. A type of flexible housing is proposed, with enlargement capacity to future, which fits to the needs of the owners. The proposed project is feasible in its technical, economic, social and environmental dimensions, where the internal rate of return of the project is 15,22%, which represents a good profit margin for a social interest project.
