The present article resumes the investigation associated to the assessments from the criminal law to corruption. It is common to know phenomena of the worldwide corruption and the Ecuador does not escape to this problems. Contradictions are varied and interferences that manifest themselves in the fight against corruption. At the present time in Ecuador, the Constitution delimits functions and attributions of several institutions that have the assignment of combatting corruption. The objective to achieve in this investigation is identifying the potentialities that from Criminal Law and the Ecuadorian Constitution they exist to combat the corruption in the country. The scientific investigating methodology departs from the qualitative paradigm, held in methods such like analysis and synthesis bibliographic, method of experts and historic logician. One comes to an end that subsist conflicts and vacuums in the Ecuadorian legislation that offer chinks for the appearing and development of doings of corruption; it is task of the professionals of the right to refill these chinks.
