Abstract

This paper has as its main objective to investigate the relations between intersectionality and the political and labor practices of the workers of the popular economy of Rawson, San Juan (Argentina). For this, the concept of intersectionality is used and as a methodology the participant observation to see the daily challenges faced by the workers in the practical application of the popular economy. In this sense, as a result, observed the presence of multiple collective processes and a growing female empowerment in the experiences developed from the women’s cooperatives of Rawson (San Juan-Argentina). The originality of this article lies in the epistemic legitimization of these practices that come from Abya Yala, that allowed to collaborate with the understanding from the theory of the deconstruction that modified the structural relations of domination of the near context of these cooperative women.
