Students with hearing weakening have problems in the inter-learning process, due to the proper functioning of the auditory system. The objective of this research is to highlight the importance of the application of educational games in the teaching-learning process of students with hearing impairment, of the Educational Unit of South America, with the objective of establishing methodological strategies to assist students with hearing impairment and analyse the current situation. This research deals with the application of inclusive educational games to strengthen auditory discrimination in the inter-learning process. The entire population is considered as a sample, that is, five students with hearing impairment and the information is collected with a questionnaire and the descriptive analysis of the results is performed. Among the conclusions, the need to incorporate into the educational process, active strategies with inclusive educational games to develop the student's sensitive perceptions and stimulate learning hastily, require tools, instruments, procedures and mechanisms that favour cognitive performance, procedural and attitudinal of the students.
