In recent years didactics is adapting to the learning styles of students and neuroscience has become a discipline that provides a lot of information about the functioning of the brain, its implications in the construction of knowledge and the importance of considering the cognitive, affective and social aspects immersed in the learning process. The main purpose of the research was to know the relationship that exists between the neurodidactic strategies of the teacher with the satisfaction and the academic performance in the students of basic education of the Educational Unit "August 18" of the parish of San Plácido in the canton of Portoviejo, Manabí, Ecuador. In this sense, it should be noted that neurodidactics defines strategies based on how the brain learns and what stimulates its development in the school environment. The goal of this discipline is to make the best use of brain function when acquiring new knowledge. Emotion, curiosity and attention will be the basis of the process, through an innovative teaching process. Gamification is also involved, which involves the use of games in the classroom. A model based on respect and effort within the classroom is prioritized. When an educator understands how the brain learns, processes, and stores information, he can adapt his teaching style. At the same time, you can structure your classes, words, attitudes and emotions. In this way, you will be able to influence the brain development of your students and the way they learn. The formal educational process presents, at all levels, great challenges of a new era, which makes it necessary to look at the potential contributions that other scientific disciplines, such as neurodidactics, offer and that can help to improve the quality of learning.
