Abstract This article addresses the influence produced by the interaction between information and communication technology (ICT) and Neuroeducation, in the teaching-learning process, as a resource for educational innovation. In addition, the need to reflect on the relationships that exist between technology, learning and Neuroeducation, as a new field of pedagogical development within educational establishments, which allows students together with the teacher to obtain quality information and to enable practical use of scientific knowledge, to create meaningful learning. The objective of promoting a new culture of learning based on the use and application of technological tools as well as the study of the brain and its functioning, as the main organ of the human body and transformer of knowledge. For this it is necessary to have educational neurotechnology as a discipline that allows direct connection and communication with the nervous system. The elements on which Neuroeducation or Neuroscience are based are educational technologies. The methodology applied in this research was based on the inductive method by allowing an analysis of learning that goes from the particular to the general, in the same way the application of the analytical-synthetic method to determine the causes-effects that will later determine a general synthesis. The research work shows the technological and neuro-educational resources as tools and disciplines, which help to establish didactic strategies in the acquisition of knowledge and simultaneously contribute to the development of new educational paradigms that are changing and moving away from traditional methodologies and improving education.
