The present work has as fundamental objective to promote that the students, during their years of study are able to develop the necessary skills and competences to investigate, as they are: reading and critical thinking, analysis, synthesis, self-direction, ability to be self-employed, leadership, innovation, creativity, proper use of library and electronic resources, among others, In order to involve them in the process of scientific discovery within the work of the classroom in their specific disciplines, with the aim of completing their degree work, the methodology used is non-experimental, descriptive and quantitative. The sample used was 176 teachers from 4 universities and 5 faculties, the same being both occasional and full-time and with different levels of training, the results show that there is a highly relevant relationship between classroom research-based learning and the development of successful proposals in its degree process.
