ZAMORA DELGADO, Ronald Iván. The advantages of using mobile devices in the autonomous learning process. ReHuSo [online]. 2020, vol.5, n.1, pp.91-102. Epub Apr 02, 2020. ISSN 2550-6587. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.6796085.
The advancement of mobile technology has now led to an improvement in education to support teachers and improve their teaching practices both inside and outside the classroom. The use of mobile devices makes it possible to strengthen the teaching and learning process regardless of time and space constraints. Therefore, throughout this work the emphasis will be on the conceptions and methodological strategies that can be applied from mobile learning, also called M -Learning, to strengthen the usual learning and improve the teacher’s educational work, in such a way as to promote independent learning in relation to the advancement of new information and communication technologies. It is based on the fact that a variety of applications and strategies are available for use on mobile devices that lead to better management of available technological resources. In this sense, the teacher should consider the methodology and activities that he intends to carry out with the use of M-Learning and setting up a particular subject of a discipline with the true essence of what mobile learning means in students, otherwise you will not achieve expected. In other words, as in any educational activity, planning is essential. Finally, it is necessary to consider that another purpose of this work is to reduce the lack of knowledge that both teachers and students have about the advantages and benefits offered by the M-Learning and how the application of its procedures can become a useful innovative tool for obtaining satisfactory results in the contemporary educational process.
