Abstract

ZAMBRANO QUIROZ, Pamela Mariana. Information and knowledge management from innovative training strategies. ReHuSo [online]. 2019, vol.4, n.2, pp.105-115.  Epub Aug 30, 2019. ISSN 2550-6587.  https://doi.org/10.33936/rehuso.v4i2.2901.

Innovation has been the subject of debate throughout training processes. The practices and procedures related to it have been implemented in various ways and from different perspectives. This work aims to articulate the foundations of innovation based on the experiential learning model. It is assumed in this text that having documented experiences will make it possible to take decisions based on the reality of each institution and that it is a fundamental element. However, it is also realized that the experience itself does not generate learning if it is not framed in a reflective process through which knowledge is constructed from its systematization. The analysis is based on contemporary learning theories and aims to define the foundations of learning innovation from a particular perspective. Traditional educational theories have had an approach whose essence was the teacher’s unilateral transmission of content. On the other hand, learning based on experience involves a series of activities and procedures that are developed and implemented through inference and therefore do not require the teacher to transmit a specific topic. When referring to innovation in this work, emphasis is placed on defining an experiential approach that approaches the educational process from a different perspective and whose purpose is to make the different phases of the curriculum more flexible.
