The analysis of corruption correlated with an organizational approach is a new topic regarding trends from which this phenomenon is traditionally addressed. Additionally significant importance in organizational contexts, particularly business, corruption is conditions for its production and reproduction in the social structure. The ideas developed in this paper are intended to the problematization of corruption as a social phenomenon from a structural approach, associated processes such as bureaucratization and reproduction from the organizational culture. This article approaches an analysis of corruption incorporated the variable of organizational quality and contents of this phenomenon.
