MENDOZA BRAVO, Karina; ALCIVAR MOREIRA, Glenda  and  DIAZ CABALLERO, José. This article refers the reflections given through a descriptive study, with application of the method of documentary analysis on the implications of Science, Technology and Society in the implementation of a methodological strategy in non-formal contexts where the aim is to develop oral production in local high school students and strengthen the integral formation of the students of Language and Linguistic School. The theoretical and methodological assumptions pointed out in the research make it possible to assess that the organization of oral production in the English Club favors twice, the quality of language teaching-learning, while allowing, on the one hand, high school students to develop correct oral patterns and motivated due to the more flexibility environment of the non-formal context, which gives them greater significance, and on the other hand, in the students of the Language and Linguistic School, since it allows them to strengthen their training achieving greater personal, professional and social growth.

Keywords : Science Technology and Society; Methodological Strategy; non-formal contexts; English Club; oral production.
