This article aims to analyze the role of education actors from the orientations of educommunication. For this, a descriptive study was carried out using the method of documentary analysis in the bibliographic review, as well as the logical history in the presentation of the ideas. As results, it is highlighted that this framework between communication and education encourages the construction of scaffolding and the mediation between the information that the student receives, the pressure of relations in society and what the educational institution can provide. Likewise, it is significant that educommunication becomes valid when conceiving the processes of communication and interaction in the classroom as main sources of the social construction of knowledge and the structuring of invaluable spaces-times for the valuation of the other and the gestation of a society based on in principles and ideal values of the human being. Among the conclusions is the fact that the teacher is valued from an educommunicative perspective, going from his criticized banking role to the actions and attitudes of an authentic mediator and guide, considering the actors of education in all their communicative potential.
