The importance of the leadership of the directors as one of the elements that contribute to the quality of education makes their assessment an issue of enormous interest. Leadership in higher education institutions is undoubtedly a challenge that educational institutions have as a fundamental premise in our contemporary society, this includes guiding, inspiring and encouraging followers to perform ethical actions with values and social responsibility, therefore the Leadership in the field of higher education should have these characteristics mentioned in order to improve society. When considering the effectiveness of higher education institutions and the quality of this area, leadership is usually considered one of the key factors. However, leadership remains one of the most controversial issues in the field of theoretical elaboration, in educational policies and practices concerning the organization of educational institutions in the higher field.
