Resumen

ZAMBRANO ARGANDONA, Carlos Alberto. VALUE, SIMPLE REPRODUCTION OF CAPITAL AND PEASANT ACCUMULATION. ReHuSo [online]. 2017, vol.2, n.1, pp.117-131.  Epub 14-Abr-2017. ISSN 2550-6587.  https://doi.org/10.33936/rehuso.v2i1.710.

The concepts of supply and demand are part of the theory of value, whose theoretical core tries to explain prices, in terms of utility, on the one hand, and scarcity on the other.

The concept of marginal utility is very important in demand theory. It implies that the degree of profit of a commodity changes according to the quantity consumed. The higher consumption means lowers useful, as long as the concurrency and mobility of the workforce are perfect.

The value category is very old, so much so that a current of specific thought can hardly claim its property. It has caused a number of problems when it comes to being treated quantitatively because most of analyze have tried to understand it in an expanded reproduction.

This essay highlights the difference between what is simple and expanded reproduction. It is argued that the former was undervalued in most cases relative to the latter. It also cites examples of how simple reproduction has its theoretical space, especially in relation to certain situations existing in the agricultural sector.

Palabras clave : Value; simple reproduction of capital; surplus; peasant labor..
