Social Work is a profession that is always innovating and creating new challenges. From this perspective, the objective of this scientific article is to determine the role and importance of the Social Worker in the livestock business sector of the canton Chone, arising the need to create a proposal of social intervention that allows to propose strategies to consolidate the development of the company by Of the functions performed. Its priorities will be the commitment to overcoming entrepreneurs and the strengthening of human talent, prioritizing the problems that affect them to promote policies that are sustainable and sustainable. The methods used were: historical-logical and induction-deduction. As technique was used the open interview in depth demonstrating that it is possible to enter the sector. For this reason, this professional is prepared to face new intervention scenarios that will allow him to guarantee a good living and improve the quality of life of the people who work in these companies.
