ROJAS., Arnulfo Luevanos e FARIAS MONTEMAYOR, Oscar Mario. Comparison between theoretical and practical knowledge of unionized and non-unionized personnel in steel complex. Revista San Gregorio [online]. 2023, vol.1, n.56, pp.14-32. ISSN 2528-7907. https://doi.org/10.36097/rsan.v1i56.2400.
The Coahuila steel complex´s human capital is divided into two groups (unionized and non-unionized), since they are different groups, the question arises if they have the same perception of the importance of theoretical and practical knowledge. The objective of this research is to statistically compare the perception of the importance of the theoretical and practical knowledge of the unionized and non-unionized human capital of the Coahuila´s steel complex. Individual interviews were applied to a sample of 371 people from the Coahuila´s steel complex; the analysis of the data obtained was carried out using the Mann-Whitney U statistical test to verify the hypothesis. The results show that there is no significant statistical evidence to determine that the perception of the importance of theoretical and practical knowledge is similar in the unionized and non-unionized human capital of the Coahuila´s steel complex.
