Ergonomic conditions in a job is an indicator of quality of life and satisfaction on the part of workers. The occupation of Motorized Delivery Man of the city of Manta is covered with particularities such as the speed of service to achieve customer satisfaction and added to this the pressures derived from the location of the destination, or situations of postures and non-ergonomic transport, added to a considerable load of stress. The objective was to identify psychosocial risk factors in motorized home delivery service workers in Manta. A descriptive, cross-sectional study was carried out in the city of Manta, whose study sample consisted of 40 workers to whom the FPSICO tool was applied in its version 4.0. Very high risks were determined in 5 of the 9 psychosocial risk factors that are measured with the tool, among which the following stand out: working time, supervision participation, psychological demands and relationships and social support, so surveillance and control are essential. of the risks found, as well as an intervention plan to avoid their recurrence.
