Abstract
SANTILLAN ACEVO, Lourdes Magaly and SAMADA GRASST, Yanet. Training program for teachers to act before disruptive behaviors in children of preschool education. Revista San Gregorio [online]. 2023, vol.1, n.53, pp.51-69. ISSN 2528-7907. https://doi.org/10.36097/rsan.v0i53.2243.
The present work addressed theoretical contributions on disruptive behaviors since it is increasingly common to find children who demonstrate problems to integrate into educational centers. For this reason, it was projected as a research objective to design a training program to improve teacher performance in the face of disruptive behaviors of children in Initial Education at the Machalilla Culture Educational Unit. This research was mixed approach, non-experimental design and cross-sectional. To carry out the study, a bibliographical and explanatory level field research was carried out where the collection of information was carried out through a survey of teachers and an observation guide for children, choosing a sample of 72 research participants. Based on the results obtained, it was evidenced that a high percentage of students maintained disruptive behaviors in the educational establishment. Through the investigation it was possible to know useful data for the selection of behavioral techniques and strategies were designed to reduce disruptive behaviors, for students to function in a pleasant environment.
