The Ecuadorian State, by not guaranteeing the effective protection of human rights, has had to face international lawsuits filed before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, this being, a Court of International Legal Protection of Human Rights, has sentenced Ecuador under the Institution Legal of "International Responsibility" for having failed to comply with the normative provisions established in the American Convention on Human Rights. This work is part of the impact for the Ecuadorian State of the creation of the Inter-American Human Rights System in terms of the promotion and protection of Human Rights, it was carried out through a historical analysis based on the jurisprudence of the Inter-American Court, as well as conventional control has been carried out in Ecuador and effective compliance with the judgments of the Inter-American Court to guarantee real reparation to the victims and their next of kin.
