The talkative competitions constitute a necessity and a challenge for the superior education and for the educational work in a particular way, being key for the projection of their activities that you/they impact positively in environments so diverse as the culture, the education, the society, the economy, among others. It is consequently so necessary their study, their formative process and their setting in practice. The exposed ideas next corroborate this view, accentuating the necessity of their administration and formation, for a bigger commitment and projection of the educational work. They are also necessary the necessary competitions and the main challenges that it assumes the superior education in this sense, leaving of their evolution and perspective. For what is summed up as objective of the study: To analyze the communication like process and their formative focus for the administration of the educational work in the university.
