Aesthetic and functional rehabilitation, is considered the maximum objective that all dental treatment seeks, based on a good diagnosis and a comprehensive treatment plan considering the needs of the patient, with a multidisciplinary approach establishing constant dialogue between the professional, the patient and the dental technician. The case of patient with partial edentulism, functional and aesthetic alterations and vertical dimension loss is exposed; where rehabilitation is performed using fixed maxillary prosthesis and removable lower partial denture, combined with periodontal procedures that allowed achieving aesthetics and functionality, providing satisfaction and safety to the patient. The proper diagnosis, with a comprehensive treatment plan and procedures developed by specialists, allowed the success achieved in the present case; whose objective was to rehabilitate in an aesthetic and functional way a patient diagnosed with dental attrition.
