The study is cross-sectional, descriptive and observational; Sociodemographic variables were determined and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) tool was applied in a population composed of 40 professionals from the emergency, outpatient, and administrative areas, obtaining as a result the confirmation of the presence of the Burnout syndrome in a low percentage (2.5%) that makes it controllable to apply immediate intervention measures.
