Currently in the educational centers there are situations that violate the physical and psychological integrity of students. The objective of the study is to determine the impact of the application of collaborative learning strategies on the styles of conflict resolution in the students of the third year of secondary school of the Agricultural Educational Institution "Santa Cruz" of Pichiu, Ancash. Peru. With a quantitative approach, of descriptive type, pre-experimental design of transversal cut, the intentional non-probabilistic sample represented by 16 students. A pre-test and post-test were applied to the sample. The results indicate that the average scores on the students' conflict resolution styles reflected a higher average in the post-test (14.06) than in the pre-test (9.50). It concludes that there were changes in the styles of negotiation, conciliation and collaboration. While the competitive style in boys decreased, in girls the collaborative style increased. They show that the application of collaborative learning strategies promotes conflict resolution styles, which help to stop violent confrontations and put agreements at risk due to different points of view.
