The study emphasizes the development of business intelligence since its emergence as a subject in technical scientific development for knowledge management and as an information management mechanism, aimed to develop a product profile that can be applied to the carboxylate additive for concrete of Construction Company No. 4 of the province of Matanzas and thus contribute to the decision-making of the company. For this, a procedure was designed for the elaboration of the Product Profile, as an intelligence service of the Information and Technological Management Center of Matanzas. As a result, a product profile was obtained for the decision-making of the organization in the acquisition of the product, with prior analysis of the market, and the procedure is also incorporated into the internal quality management system of the Information and Technological Management Center. In the investigation, the experts method and the Kendall's coefficient of concordance were used, based on the ISO 900 standards.
