The purpose of this research work is to analyze the pedagogical actions applied by teachers to promote in their students the educational experiences that lead them to develop the fundamental pillars of Bolivarian Education, the study is located in the area of human sciences for which The ethnomethodological method of the qualitative paradigm was used in a field modality applying in-depth interviews, to analyze the discourse as a technique to collect information from nine (9) teachers of the Bolivarian School Group "Venezuela" located in Ciudad Ojeda-Venezuela, at which were asked an open question; field notes, recordings and memorandum on the interview were also used to be verified by the interviewees, corroborating the information, to achieve the required reliability and validity; later the theorization revealed in the results, where it was found that teachers are poorly trained to develop in students the fundamental pillars of Bolivarian education, for which the first regulations and rules for an academic code of ethics were established, which promote active participation of all those involved in the educational process of the institution.
